In the Carpathian foothills, inside EU and NATO jurisdiction, next to the Barzava river.
The Calea Caransebesului industrial corridor sits on the ENTSO-E Western/Eastern European grid interchange, adjacent to the Barzava river. Mayor Ioan Popa has verbally committed, in person, to deliver water from the Barzava flow to the site via municipal conduits, with the Municipality carrying out that public works itself — a verbal commitment, same status as the concession award before its written resolution surfaced; written confirmation is pending. Site-specific geotechnical and flood studies have not yet been carried out — that work happens during due diligence, not before it.
Digi RCS&RDS, Orange, Telekom and Vodafone all operate in the wider region, but none has a confirmed route to this specific parcel yet. Orange Romania is in active discussion with the owner; written confirmation is pending, as stated on the Power & Infrastructure page.
That's the real state of it. If it fits, talk to us.
No confirmed MW yet. Concession signature still pending. A real land position next to a live substation. If that's what you're looking for, get in touch. If it isn't, no hard feelings.
