What we collect.
1 · Contact form submissions
Name, corporate email, organization, profile, MW interest, message, consent confirmation. Technical: timestamp, IP, browser user-agent (stored by Formspree for spam filtering only).
2 · Google Fonts
Loading fonts from fonts.googleapis.com means Google receives your IP and browser user-agent as part of the standard HTTP request. No cookies are set by Google Fonts for unauthenticated users.
What we do NOT collect.
- No analytics (Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, Hotjar, Clarity…)
- No advertising pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads…)
- No tracking cookies
- No social media embeds
- No chat widgets
- No session replay
- No newsletter or mailing list

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via form checkbox).
Retention.
Contact data retained for up to 3 years after last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Write to office@resitadata.com to request deletion sooner.
