This is a static informational website for institutional investor outreach. It does not operate user accounts, does not run advertising trackers, and does not sell or share personal data with third parties.
What we collect
If you email investors@resitadata.com, we process the information you send us (name, company, email address, and the content of your message) solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to issue a Non-Disclosure Agreement and manage Virtual Data Room access.
Cloudflare, our hosting and content-delivery provider, processes standard connection metadata (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) to serve this site and protect it from abuse. This is infrastructure-level processing, not analytics or advertising tracking. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cookies
This site uses a single first-party entry (stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie) to remember your analytics choice. Your rights (GDPR)
Under EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
Data retention
Enquiry correspondence and, where executed, NDA and Data Room access records are retained for as long as needed to manage the originator's institutional partner search, and in line with applicable legal and accounting retention requirements.
