The short version.
This website is a static HTML site with no analytics, advertising or tracking technology. It does not set any cookies from our domain. Because there are no non-essential cookies, there is no cookie banner.
What we do NOT use.
- Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, Hotjar, Clarity or similar
- Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads or similar
- Google Tag Manager or similar
- Intercom, Drift, Crisp or similar chat widgets
- YouTube, Twitter, Instagram or similar embeds
- FullStory, LogRocket or similar session replay
- Our own tracking cookies
What we do use (technical note).
Google Fonts: Loads fonts from fonts.googleapis.com — Google receives your IP and browser user-agent as a standard HTTP request. No cookies from Google Fonts for unauthenticated users. We plan to migrate to self-hosted fonts.
Formspree (form only): On form submission, Formspree may set technical first-party cookies on its own domain for spam filtering. These do not persist after submission and are not set when just browsing.
Why no banner.
EU guidance (ePrivacy Directive + GDPR) requires a consent banner only if a site uses non-essential cookies or equivalent tracking. We do not. A banner on a site with no tracking would be misleading.
How to verify.
- DevTools → Application → Cookies: the resitadata.com origin should show an empty cookie store.
- DevTools → Network: the only third-party requests should be to fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com.
